You can use most of this site without giving us anything
Reading the educational pages requires no account, no email address and no phone number. The Marketplace shopping tool also runs without contact information: you can enter your state, age, household, general health information and what matters most to you, see the options that may fit, read plan documents and leave — and we will not know who you are.
We only receive your name, phone number or email when you choose to submit them, by requesting an application or asking to speak with a licensed agent.
Information we collect
We do not ask for your income, your household MAGI, your Social Security number, your financial account details or copies of medical records anywhere on this website.
- Information you submit. Name, phone number and email address, only when you complete one of the two request forms at the end of the Marketplace.
- Shopping inputs. State, age, who you are covering, employment situation, tobacco use, budget range, general health topics you select, medications you look up and the priorities you choose. These are used to generate your on-screen results. If you submit a request, the relevant details are passed to the licensed agent who will help you, so you do not have to repeat yourself.
- Technical and usage information. Pages viewed, the page that sent you here, approximate location derived from your device, browser type, device type and the marketing parameters in the link you clicked (for example utm_source or a Google click identifier). We use this to understand which content is useful and where our visitors come from.
- Local storage. We store the marketing source and the pages you visited in your own browser's storage so that, if you contact us later, the agent knows how you found us. You can clear this at any time through your browser settings.
How we use it
We do not sell your information to lead aggregators, and we do not put your name and number into a shared lead marketplace.

- To connect you with a licensed agent when you ask us to, and to let that agent verify eligibility and complete an application with you.
- To respond to your questions by phone, text or email.
- To measure how the website performs and improve the content and the shopping experience.
- To meet legal, regulatory and insurance recordkeeping obligations.
Who we share it with
- Licensed agents with AO American Benefits and USA Benefits Group who work on your request.
- Insurance carriers and their administrators, when you decide to apply, so your application can be underwritten and issued.
- Service providers that operate the website, our customer relationship management system, our appointment scheduling and our analytics, under contracts limiting their use of the data.
- When required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or the integrity of our systems.
Health information
The health topics and medications you select in the Marketplace are used to generate your results and, if you submit a request, to help the agent point you toward products you are likely to qualify for. We do not include health details in web analytics. AO American Benefits is an insurance agency; when we handle protected health information in connection with an application, we do so under the confidentiality obligations that apply to licensed agents and to the carriers involved.
Cookies, analytics and advertising
We use standard web analytics to count visits and understand which pages help people. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. If we add advertising measurement in the future, this policy will be updated before it goes live.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies and clear local storage. Doing so will not stop you from using this site; it may reset the source information we would otherwise pass to your agent.
How you can contact, correct or delete
Call 256-743-5362 and ask for your record to be corrected or removed, or ask us to stop contacting you, and we will honor it. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights to access, correct, delete or limit the sale or sharing of your personal information; we extend the same handling to every consumer who asks, regardless of state.
If you have asked us to stop contacting you, we retain the minimum information needed to keep that request honored.
Text messages and calls
If you provide a phone number and ask us to contact you, a licensed agent may call or text you about your request, including by automated means, at the number you provided. Consent to be contacted is not a condition of purchasing anything. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to a text to opt out, or tell the agent you would prefer email only.
Data security and retention
We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect the information you submit, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by insurance and recordkeeping rules. No website or system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may provide information about a child in connection with family coverage.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revision date at the top always reflects the current version.
